This immersive online workshop creates a sacred space to reconnect with your authentic self and intentionally design your most aligned year yet. Through restorative practices, reflective rituals, and creative visioning, you'll leave feeling inspired, grounded, and ready to step into 2025 with clarity and purpose.

What to Expect:

✨ Sound Healing: Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of sound bowls to calm your mind, reset your nervous system, and open your heart to new possibilities.

✨ Gentle Restorative Movement: Awaken and nurture your body with grounding flow sequences to release tension and bring balance.

✨ Reflective Release Ritual: Through guided exercises, release limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, and habits that no longer serve you, creating space for new opportunities

.✨ Vision Board Creation: Craft your vision in one of two ways:

• Digital Option: Create a vision board using a free Canva account.

• Physical Option: Use foam board, magazines, printed pictures, scissors, and glue to craft your tangible vision board.

We’ll break into small rooms during the visioning portion, where facilitators will guide you through creating both digital and physical boards.

What You’ll Need to Bring

For the Vision Board Creation Choose From:

• Digital Version: A free Canva account (instructions will be provided).

• Physical Version: Foam board, magazines, printed pictures, scissors, and glue sticks.

General Supplies for the Workshop:

• A journal and pen for reflective exercises.

• A comfortable, quiet space for movement and meditation.
