SEDONA WOMEN’S RETREAT
A 5-day immersive retreat for women ready to stop holding it all, soften out of survival, and come home to themselves.
Sedona, Arizona
October 8 -12 2026
Thursday – Monday
Hosted by Laura Southall
founder of My Aligned Life.
An intimate retreat experience held on 15 private acres with red rock views, a private river beach, sauna, chef-prepared meals, healing practices, and space to finally hear yourself again.
Limited spaces available.

CENTERED IS YOUR RETURN.

You’ve been holding so much.
The schedules.
The decisions.
The people who need you.
The version of yourself you promised you’d never become.
And somewhere along the way, your body started carrying what your mind kept pushing through.
This is not a retreat for becoming someone new.
It’s a retreat for finding the woman underneath the over-functioning, the old patterns, the quiet exhaustion, and the constant need to keep going.
Four nights. Five days. Sedona.
A full-body exhale.
SOUND FAMILIAR?
-
Capable
-
Reliable
-
Strong
A full life can still leave you longing for yourself.
Here in the stillness you'll remember you belong to yourself, too.
-
Calm
-
Clear
-
Connected
When was the last time you felt deeply clear, rested, and connected to yourself?
"For years I thought I needed answers...
What I needed was space."

This retreat is for the woman who:
You’re accomplished, capable, and privately tired.
You’ve been making decisions from old wounds, old patterns, or old versions of yourself you thought you had already outgrown.
You keep showing up for everyone else, but you can feel how far you’ve drifted from yourself.
Your nervous system feels like it has been leading your life, and you’re ready to understand what your body has been trying to tell you.
You’re craving depth, but not pressure.
You want connection with women who can meet you honestly, without performance or pretending.
You’re ready to stop waiting for someday and choose yourself now.
Sometimes the first step
home is simply a conversation.

What awaits you:
A private 15-acre retreat sanctuary named Shiloh just 20 min from Sedona surrounded by red rock views, sacred spaces, and the kind of quiet that helps you hear yourself again.
A welcome gift and thoughtful take-home tools to support your integration long after the retreat ends.
Mindset workshops and guided experiences designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and rewrite the stories that have been quietly shaping your life.
Nervous system practices that help you move from pressure and reactivity into steadiness, presence, and self-trust.
Healing experiences including sound healing, reiki, somatic practices, and a special guest session with Laura's mentor, Larisa.
Chef-prepared meals shared around the table, creating space for meaningful conversation, laughter, reflection, and connection.
Creative expression through art therapy for you to leave with a tangible reminder and a tool to deepen your experience.
Unstructured time to rest, journal, explore, sit by the river, enjoy the sauna, or simply do nothing at all.

Your Host:
HI I'm Laura
I only bring women to places that have changed me first, and Shiloh is one of those places.
This land has been part of my own story for years. It is where I have come to grieve, heal, celebrate, receive support, and begin again. It's where I spent my honeymoon after a medical emergency turned our plans upside down and gave us something far more meaningful than what we had imagined.
For me, Shiloh has never been just a retreat center. It has been a sanctuary.
I created Centered here because I have witnessed what becomes possible when women step away from the noise of everyday life and give themselves permission to slow down, listen, and reconnect with what matters most.
The truth is, I'm not standing on the other side of the journey. I'm walking it too. I know what it feels like to carry too much, to lose touch with yourself beneath the responsibilities, and to long for a deeper sense of peace and clarity.
That's why this work matters so much to me. My role isn't to tell you who to become. It's to create a space where you can hear yourself again.

Let's chat
Still on the fence? That's okay.
You might be wondering if this is a good fit or if this is even for you.
My women are in their 30s, 40s, and 50s. They have careers and kids and mortgages and group chats they manage and parents they worry about. They have never done anything like this before. Some of them almost talked themselves out of it three times before they booked.
They are the last person anyone would expect to see at a retreat. ( Until you have been to one) And they are always the ones who needed it most.
If that sounds like you, book a call with me. No pitch, no pressure. Just an honest conversation about where you are and whether Centered is the right next step
FAQ:
What's not included? Flights or transport to Shiloh, we can help arrange the Groome shuttle from Phoenix airport, Saturday lunch and dinner out, optional private reiki, private coaching or massage on site, and anything personal you choose to purchase during free time.
Are flights included? Flights are not included. You arrange your own travel to the Phoenix or Flagstaff area and Laura can help you coordinate the rest and closer to the retreat will give you the exact meeting spot to then take you into the Shiloh Retreat.
What airport should I fly into? Phoenix Sky Harbor is the most convenient. Flagstaff Pulliam Airport is closer but has limited flight options. Most women fly into Phoenix.
How will I get from the airport to the retreat center? Laura coordinates the Groome shuttle from Phoenix Sky Harbor directly to the Sedona area. It runs regularly and costs $65 each way. Details will be in your welcome email after you book. You can take an uber from Flagstaff airport. And no matter if you fly or drive we will have a designated meeting spot from which you will come to Shiloh.
What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions? Let us know at booking and we will make sure the chef is prepared. Most needs can be accommodated. Just give us as much notice as possible.
Is alcohol included? Alcohol is not included in the retreat. There may be opportunities to enjoy a drink when the group dines out on Saturday evening.
What should I pack? Comfortable layers for cool mornings and warm afternoons, walking shoes, something for the river, a journal, and whatever helps you feel at home. A full packing list will come in your welcome email.
What if I change my mind or can't come? All deposits are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance with a Cancel for Any Reason option to protect your investment. If something comes up reach out to laura@myalignedlife.com and we will do our best to work with you.
Do I need to know how to do yoga, meditation or any of that? Not even a little. You do not need a practice, a routine, or any experience with any of it. Most of the women who come have never done anything like this before. You just need to show up. Everything else is taken care of.
Is this for women only? Yes. There is something that happens in a room full of women who have agreed to be honest with each other that cannot happen any other way. No performance. No explaining yourself. Just women who get it because they are living it too. That is the whole point.
Can I bring my friend or sister? Can we share a room? Yes and yes. Two separate bookings are required but you are absolutely welcome to come together. Just make sure you let Laura know who your person is so she can do her best to get you in the same room. Not guaranteed but she will try.
What about the bunk room, is there a bathroom? Yes. The bunk room has its own dedicated bathroom with a separated shower, sink, and toilet areas to keep traffic moving smoothly. And these are not camp bunks. They are full size, comfortable beds. You will sleep well.
