I completely understand that things come up unexpectedly, and I'm happy to accommodate a one-time last-minute reschedule. That said, moving forward I do ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible. This helps me protect my time and also allows me to offer that spot to another client who may be waiting.

Same-day cancellations are considered a missed session. To avoid losing your session, please be sure to give notice the day prior.
