Service Description
This thirty minute Welcome Session is a complimentary experience for annual Calm Collective members. It is designed to help you begin your 12 month journey with clarity, grounding, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself. This is not a traditional coaching session. It is a gentle initiation into your year inside The Calm Collective where we look at what season you are in, what you are carrying, and what support you need most as you move forward. Together we pause, breathe, and set your intentions for the next chapter of your growth. You will leave feeling more centered, resourced, and ready for the rhythm of the year ahead. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for scheduling your session! Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth experience: Booking Rules: Sessions can be booked up to 30 days in advance and no later than 12 hours before the start time. For sessions at your location, please provide your address during booking. Travel fees of $1/min apply for locations over 10 minutes from the studio. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid fees. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the session) will result in a 50% session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled online up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling within 12 hours of the session is considered a late cancellation and may incur fees. Limits: Sessions are limited to the number included in your plan. Additional sessions can be purchased at à la carte rates. Plan-based sessions must be used within the month or plan duration. Unused sessions do not roll over unless a hold is approved. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for missed sessions or cancellations made within 24 hours. Health and Safety: For sessions involving physical activity, please disclose any relevant health conditions during booking. By booking, you agree to these policies.
